GOOEY S'MORE COOKIES: A MOUTHWATERING TWIST ON CLASSIC S'MORES

Ingredients
- 1 lb (16 oz) Nestlé cookie dough
- 12 graham cracker squares
- 12 large marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325ºF and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Take your graham cracker squares and arrange 4 to 6 of them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space in between. Next, generously sprinkle some chocolate chips onto each graham cracker square, followed by placing a fluffy marshmallow on top.
- Using your hands, shape the dough into 10-12 equally-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined plate. If not cool (place the dough balls in the refrigerator and let them chill for approximately 30 minutes to an hour. This step will help the cookies retain their shape during baking.) if you are using cool/cold cookie dough, there is no need to place in the refrigerator.
- Once the dough has chilled, take each cookie dough ball and gently flatten it. Carefully place it over the marshmallow, ensuring the dough envelops the marshmallow and chocolate.
- Transfer the cookies to the preheated oven and bake for approximately 13 to 15 minutes, or until they turn a glorious golden brown.
- As soon as you remove the cookies from the oven, you can gently press down the puffed marshmallow. Be cautious, as the marshmallow may be sticky! Repeat the baking process with the remaining s'mores cookies and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
