- In a separate bowl, mix the freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey (if desired) until well combined.
- Pour the lemon-honey mixture into the pitcher with the watermelon-ginger juice. Stir well to combine the flavors.
- Fill serving glasses with ice cubes. Pour the watermelon ginger mixture into the glasses, filling them about halfway.
